TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Public Offer)PROVISIONS ON PAYMENT AND SERVICE DELIVERY
1. Subject of the Agreement and Payment Procedure1.1. This document constitutes an official public offer by the expert Olga Shugayeva (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") and contains all the essential terms and conditions for the provision of consulting, analytical, and informational services.1.2. Acceptance of this offer is established upon 100% advance payment for the selected service on the Website. Until full payment is received, the Service Provider reserves the right not to reserve time in the schedule and not to commence work.1.3. When purchasing a long-term service package or monthly mentorship, the Client shall make a 100% advance payment for the entire month ahead.
2. The 24-Hour Rule (Rescheduling and Cancellation Rules)2.1. The Client has the right to reschedule or cancel a scheduled consultation (session) without financial penalty no later than 24 hours prior to the agreed time.2.2. If the Client requests a cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance, the service shall be deemed fully and properly rendered by the Service Provider. The advance payment for the respective session is non-refundable and shall be forfeited.2.3. In the event of the Client's late arrival, the session duration shall not be extended. The session will conclude strictly at the previously scheduled time.
3. Validity Period of Service Packages (Monthly Mentorship)3.1. A full paid service package (monthly mentorship) is strictly valid for 30 calendar days from the date of the first session conducted within the framework of the respective package.3.2. If the Client, due to personal reasons beyond the control of the Service Provider, fails to use all the paid hours/sessions within the specified 30 days, the unused hours shall not be carried over to the following month, shall not accumulate, and are not subject to monetary compensation.


REFUND POLICYTERMS AND PROCEDURES FOR REFUNDS UPON TERMINATION OF SERVICES
1. Non-Refundable Funds1.1. Fees for consultations, sessions, or informational services already rendered are non-refundable under any circumstances. The Client pays for the intellectual labor and time of the expert.
2. Partial Refunds for Early Termination (for Packages and Monthly Advance Payments)2.1. If the Client has paid for a month of mentorship (service package) in advance but decides to terminate the cooperation prematurely, a refund for the remaining unused sessions is possible only if the Service Provider is notified more than 24 hours prior to the next scheduled session.2.2. When calculating the refund amount for unused sessions, the cost of the sessions already conducted shall be recalculated based on the full price of a single consultation (excluding any discounts granted for the package purchase).2.3. The Service Provider shall deduct all actual expenses incurred from the refund amount, namely: transaction fees charged by international payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) for processing the payment and the refund.
3. Refund Application Procedure3.1. To request a refund, the Client must send a written application to the Service Provider's email address specified on the Website. The processing time for the application and the issuance of the refund takes up to 14 business days (depending on your bank's policies).
